Ok, the first podcast episode is up here. We recorded this while in Madrid on a quite cold and rainy day. We recorded for a few hours and have enough content for at least two episodes.
It has been a while since I have done any audio or video editing, so was a little rusty. Also, think we’ll be a little bit better as we continue doing this as far as transitions, cuts, and other items. I used Hindenburg for the recording and editing – it was fairly intuitive and easy to use. We used a Blue Yeti hooked up to my Macbook to record the audio. I was pretty impressed with the quality of the mic. We had many recommendations for this specific mic for what we want to do, but I was still amazed at how seamless it was and how well the audio turned out without needing any additional filtering.
